In questo momento il sole splende fuori dalla finestra e dentro sento tanta morbidezza. Il tema è il cambiamento che l'umanità e il pianeta stà vivendo. Penso ai messaggi caustici, sfiduciati, totalitari e assolutamente certi di ciò che accadrà. Messaggi basati sulla paura, leggerli genera tensione, preoccupazione, insicurezza. Forse il tema è corretto, come sempre però può cambiare la prospettiva da cui si osserva un processo. Sappiamo che nulla è scritto, esistono solo probabilità, potenziali che possono realizzarsi momento per momento in base alle scelte fatte. Esistono passaggi evolutivi e possiamo scegliere, attraverso la consapevolezza, come viverli. La Consapevolezza è il vero e autentico protagonista di questa era che stiamo vivendo. Ne la paura, ne il potere, ne il controllo o l'astuzia, solo un oceano sconfinato di Consapevolezza è la vera soluzione alla sofferenza. Già il Buddha diceva 2600 anni fà che la sofferenza è causata dall'inconsapevolezza.
